Aborted Takeoff Due to Bad Weather- Cessna 150

Watch as these pilots choose instead an aborted takeoff, due to rapidly deteriorating weather conditions. The importance of having set personal minimums and being aware has never been greater. Never be too proud to cancel plans.

Remember, you don’t HAVE to be anywhere.

It is better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than to be in the air wishing you were on the ground.

  1. That’s the thing you risk it sometimes to go up but super cells can pop up quick around you and before you know it you are in trouble because you’re flying IFR in a plane not rated for it, and worse you might be unprepared for it. Good call I wouldn’t have gone up either.
